Kho, help me, i got a problem

I was hacked. I had 3 characters before hack. 2 of them had bag, but u said it`s not ur problem and u don`t wanna help me with anything. But it`s ur server. It`s bestl server that`s why i don`t want to eave it. Pls make ur server to be under ur full control, try to find those, who hacks accounts and ban them. And help me pls to start a new character. I got very good equip on my second(Bleach)(85 unseal rings and swords 85 unseal +13 each) and third(Barto)(bd set and BoEs +10 each) I hope u`ll help me. Thank u
